About the Community...
The Crossgate Court subdivision is located in southwest Lawrence. Scenic roads, a low crime rate, and convenient access to shopping and recreational facilities are perks enjoyed by many who live in this area.
The Crossgate Court HOA is a non-profit, self managed organization that exists to serve its members by facilitating common services, at a discount, such as lawn care, snow removal, and tree maintenance. Each homeowner has the ability to make a difference and is encouraged to get involved.
